OPERATION: RECALL WAVE ONE IS INBOUND!
Photos by David Speck!
PLEASE NOTE: Freight delivery is inbound and is slated for an early January delivery, barring any customs delays. All Kickstarter and BackerKit orders will be filled first. Once those orders are filled, presumably by mid- to late-January, pre-orders placed here will be filled in the order they were received.
We are only producing 3,000-4,000 of each figure, so these will likely sell through. We do not want to oversaturate the market for each figure, and we’d like for your toys to be collectible.
When figures sell through, we would prefer to create new versions with updated decos, and in most cases alternative parts for a unique collecting experience (think Sky Patrol with new heads, not simple Python Patrol style repaints).
We want each purchase to feel worthwhile—never like a cash grab. Each figure includes a figure stand that doubles as a display stand. You can cut out and display the unadorned card art trading card with art by Doug Hart, the file card by Larry Hama, or the full cardback behind your figure.
We are also including a unique preproduction process document with each and every figure! Think of these as CD liner notes for toys.
Additionally, on the back of each figure you will see a comprehensive list of the creators that worked on each figure, from concept to completion.
Operation: Recall has been creator-focused since day one, and these display stands, preproduction documents, and creator credits are tangible expressions of that reverence for the creators and for the art of action figure design.
THANK YOU for supporting this line, helping to bring this all-new universe to life, and helping these legendary creators do what they do best, create timeless action figures!
